Refund policy

Every piece is handmade and one of a kind, so all sales are final. If your piece arrives broken, email a photo of the piece and the box to ch@wldrv.com within 3 days of delivery, and I'll replace it with a similar piece or refund you in full, whichever you'd rather. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Pieces in Hidden Reveries are sold with their flaws shown and described, so those flaws don't count as damage.
