Shipping policy

Every piece is wrapped with the most care and ships from Illinois.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and where it’s headed, and it includes the materials I use to pack your pieces safely. Orders of $125 or more ship free.

I pack and ship within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that. Every order ships with tracking to the address on your order, so please double-check it at checkout.

Free local pickup in Marengo, IL is available at checkout and recommended if you’re nearby, since ceramic is fragile. I’ll email you the pickup address after you order.

If anything arrives broken, send a photo to ch@wldrv.com within 3 days and I’ll replace it or refund you. If your tracking stalls, email me within 30 days of shipping and I’ll help track it down. If the carrier loses your package, I’ll offer a similar piece or a full refund, whichever you’d rather. If tracking shows it as delivered and you can’t find it, please check around your home and with neighbors, and contact the carrier. I can’t promise a refund or replacement for packages shown as delivered, but I’m happy to help you follow up.
