Travel Mug — Blue Drift

A hand-thrown ceramic travel mug for the mornings you’d rather hold something warm and beautiful than something plastic. The lid is part of the form itself, with an open back for easy cleaning.

A matte, pale slate blue settles over the lid, giving way to a band of deep ink blue before the glaze breaks into a soft froth of pale blue over cobalt — like sea foam drifting across deep water.

This was one of Courtney’s earlier travel mug forms, made before later batches were dialed in for cupholder fit. It does not fit a standard cupholder, and it carries a touch more weight — best for desk and counter use or a short walk. In the firing, the glaze ran down to the foot; those drips have been sanded smooth into little feet, and the mug sits flat. Priced as a Hidden Reveries piece to honor the early-batch nature.
